C:\TSEKO> cd about

Hi, I’m Tseko.

At Amsterdam UMC’s Department of General Practice I explore how LLMs and other modern AI can help primary care, and, as an infrastructure engineer, help decide how its databases and systems fit together. I also build secure data pipelines for the Netherlands Heart Registration.

Before that: a PhD on robust validation of clinical prediction models, and a decade of software engineering. I like using curiosity to improve everyday life, one step at a time.

Federated learning across four hospitals Four hospitals each train on their own patients. Only model updates travel to a shared model in the middle, which is merged and sent back. Patient data never leaves its hospital. shared model Hospital A Hospital B Hospital C Hospital D model updates merged model

Stay awhile and listen.

Storytelling reveals meaning without committing the error of defining it.

  1. The bot

School kept getting in the way of an MMORPG, so I wrote a bot to play while I sat in class. It levelled up faster than I did, and taught me how computers work.
